This presentation illustrates the complexity of professional services procurement on three very controversial topics. We will first discuss whether the "standard" procurement destroys value in ERP training sourcing, then explore an alternative sourcing method of market research study, and finally show how procurement got meaningfully involved in legal services and why the reasons for this success are actually not very encouraging.
